Front Cover Third Draft

Here is the third draft of the front cover: 

The changes to this are subtle. I moved the tagline above the masthead and added in an issue number and the name of the publisher. I also lowered the sell line so that they covered darker sections of the page and this made them easier to read. These layout changes simply make the front cover look more professional and make it easier to read.
